This key is based on the Flora of Australia, Vol. 17A treatment of 2000. Since then, a number of new taxa have been described. Where a FoA key amendment was not given, the existing key was followed to find where a taxon would “key out”. This results in leads to multiple taxa, e.g., Grevillea secunda+Grevillea hystrix. The relevant journal article can then be consulted to assess the identity of the specimen at hand.
