This key is posted here to assist in developing a generic key for the Convolvulaceae that reflects current generic concepts. This treatment places two of the species of Merremia in the Flora of Pakistan into Distimake, one it leaves in Merremia s.s., the other it leaves in Merremia because, until more research on the African species is undertaken, its placement (and that of other African species) is unclear.
